We specialise in the production, supply and erection of steel framed modular homes and units. The Vanbrugh Modular System (VMS) is constructed by assembling pre-manufactured steel framed panels which are bolted together.
Our innovative wall panels can compete with the traditional methods of construction as our building frame (2 storey) can be typically erected within hours, enabling the development to be completed very quickly.
Our wall panels are fully insulated and achieve a very high u-value.
Our team specialise in all aspects of building, from design through manufacture of the panels to on-site construction.

1. Reassurance
Each Vanbrugh Modular System can be individually designed internally allowing you greater flexibility and provide you with the ability to utilise a variety of finishes, brickwork, render or composite panels to satisfy local authority requirements.
Furthermore, our manufacturing is compliant with ISO 9001 ensuring a consistently high manufacturing process.
2. Bespoke Design
We offer a bespoke design and planning service from assisting with planning and design through to erection of the building on site.
Alternatively, Vanbrugh can supply the frame only but would be on hand to offer advice and assistance involved in the simple erection.
3. Speed
A 1-storey bungalow can be erected within a few hours.
This allows buildings to be completed within a short time compared to being many months or years.
4. Guarantee
All panels would be offered with a 20 year manufacturers guarantee.
